COVID-19 CUSTOMER ADVICE 30th MARCH 2020

August 9, 2020

At MATRIX PROCESS SOLUTIONS PTY LTD we are committed to providing our Customers with the “Best Possible Client Experience” , while also being vigilant and socially responsible in the current circumstances surrounding the COVID-19 outbreak.

Currently all our Staff and all our Sites remain COVID-19 free.

In responding to the rapidly evolving situation, Matrix is taking a measured approach and we will continue to follow official Government and expert advice eg: World Health Organisation.

All Matrix Branch Offices in each State, currently remain open during this very challenging time, and we have implemented a number of strategies to keep our staff, customers, contractors and visitors safe during this unprecedented situation.

  • Social Distancing:

Although our Branches remain open for business, we have implemented a skeleton staff regime

at each site, simply to receive inwards goods from suppliers, and to pack and dispatch goods to

our valued clients as required, or while transportation remains available.

Additional to this, a large percentage of our staff are now working from home and completing their Sales Roles off site. Quotes, order processing along with technical selections and maintenance planning are all being completed by these staff from home.

Furthermore, our Offices remain Closed to Sales Representatives, Visitors and Cold Callers in each State Until the 28th of May, in fact anybody whom does not have a valid appointment will be turned away.

  • Staff Welfare:

Matrix has implemented increased hygiene levels across our sites and, where necessary, we are changing the way we work to adapt to the new circumstances. We are following all Government advice everywhere we operate and are working hard to keep our people and customers safe.

We have cancelled all travel, both overseas and interstate.

All our external sales staff, have been advised to cease all Client Visits until the 28th of May, unless specifically requested by a Client to attend site to view and evaluate a specific issue or breakdown of equipment.

Our personnel in each location remain available to take your phone enquiries

Furthermore, all our staff has been advised to “Stay At Home”, even with a simple sniffle, as we encourage them to take any signs of illness seriously. Combined with our Social Distancing Policy, we are hopeful none of our people will be affected.

Thank You.

Andrew Raine.
